Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Strategic Assistant at TARS INDUSTRIES. The Strategic Assistant will be responsible for supporting the strategic planning and decision-making processes of the company. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing data, preparing reports and presentations, assisting in the development and execution of strategic initiatives, and providing administrative support to the strategic team.

Qualifications

• Excellent research and data analysis skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Prior experience in strategic planning or related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
